Each Unit includes

  • Installation of new carpet if requested (2nd floor units only)
  • Tenants are permitted to re-paint unit, subject to approval by building management
  • Water paid by building management
  • Trash collection (no large containers or boxes)
  • Terminix service once a month
  • Tenants in street-level units must provide awning signage within 90 days of moving in; when awnings are replaced, there will be no charge to tenant

 

Center Key Building info

  • This is a No Smoking facility
  • Free guest/customer parking is available on the street (for up to 2 hours), in the New Street lot, or the Shelby Street Parking Garage
  • Parking for employees/tenants is in the New Street lot, one block behind the building
  • No strong odors or smells are allowed
  • Building management is responsible for maintaining HVAC
  • WiFi is available for purchase. Streaming or downloading videos is not permitted.

 

 

Any urgent maintenance issues, such as a leak or broken window/door, should be immediately reported by calling building management.  Non-urgent maintenance issues should be reported via the online tenant portal and will be addressed as soon as possible, during regular business hours.
